Our self booking tool enables authorised users to make a booking with a hotel. As part of the intrinsic booking functionality we collect and pass on to the booked hotel your details in order that they are able to accept the booking.

- full address information
We may also request and hold additional correspondence relating to a stay.
This information will not be sold or passed on to third parties. Information is only stored for a reasonable length of time.
The only exception being where information is requested by law.
